Breakfast Martini

for Blood Orange & Bitter Lemon Shrub

If you like your cocktails bright and zesty, look no further. A pronounced citrus sweet forward palate is well balanced by the gin, with gentle bitter notes on the finish.  

 

Glass

Martini or liqueur

Ingredients

60ml gin

20ml blood orange & bitter lemon

Directions

1. Mix gin and shrub in a cocktail shaker
2. Add ice, shake until cold
3. Strain into glass
4. Garnish with shredded orange peel
